The result of the move request was: Moved to Shunsuke Daito — Amakuru (talk) 14:45, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
Shunsuke Daitō → Shunsuke Daitoh – His name is written in Roman characters as "Shunsuke Daitoh" on his website, his Ameba blog, Netflix, and the official Japanese Film Database. 2A00:23C7:5485:2C00:752C:8358:EAC0:AF21 (talk) 18:55, 19 January 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. - Oppose no benefit to readers, helpful to have consistent Japanese MOS where possible. In ictu oculi (talk) 22:45, 19 January 2022 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Rreagan007 (talk) 04:38, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
- Move to Shunsuke Daito, or oppose. I see sources generally using "Daito" (Variety, Japan Times (2019), Japan Times (2020), Hollywood Reporter, The Straits Times), although not universally ("Daitoh" in Japan Times (2014)). Adumbrativus (talk) 04:42, 21 January 2022 (UTC)
- Move to Shunsuke Daito. Per Adumbrativus, this appears to be the clear WP:COMMONNAME. "Daito" is used in RS far more frequently than "Daitoh". It also appears that most sources do not use diacritics, therefore we should not, per WP:DIACRITICS. Colin M (talk) 19:43, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
